Winter Wonder

Today I'm happy to be bringing you two cards.  I'm getting ahead (or maybe just on time) so I figured I better double up my sharing for you all to see.  😊  For my first card I used the papers from Whimsy Stamps "Winter Wishes" pad and paired them up with the super cute stamp also from Whimsy "Winter Wonder".  Taking her teddy bear for a walk - ahhhhh the memories of being a kid.  LOL!!

I made myself a little forest and added some snowtex on each tree, built up dimension and even sneaked a little deer charm in there too.   What's a forest without an animal of some kind?

My usual bouquet full of pretties, which I also added the Snowtex too.  Love those wooden white snowflakes!!

I thought I'd share a masculine Christmas card because I'm sure we all have at least one we should be making this season.  I used the papers from Studio Light called "Frozen Forest".

The die is Marianne Designs called "Tiny's Reindeer Die" and it's not in the shop but Tracy can bring it in for you.   I showed this angle on the card so you could see the man glitter on the large Scrapiniec holly wreath.  LOL!  Seems when I call it "man glitter" it's accepted.  😀  Oh and it is the Tim Holtz distress glitter so that should work too right?  LOL!

This angle shows the reindeer is actually in the center of the card and not on the outside.  I even cut the die twice and added some dimension tape behind the die.  I also added a couple of Scrapiniec snowflakes (which aren't in stock but many others are) and birch bark stars.

The trees are Joy dies "Happy Holidays" to which I added Snowtex for that even more wintery feeling.

There you have it!!  Thanks for stopping by and I hope you have a great weekend!

Cocoa Tilda with Snowflurries

Good day all my crafty friends!!  Today I'm back with another card for this month's new challenge at
Noor! Design UK

and to me that means GLITTER!!  YAY!!! 😀

For this card I chose this year's Pion Design's "Greetings From The North Pole" collection.  Don't you love that Desiree lace? - Stunning!!  OH MY!

Love the new rusty stars and snowflakes in the shop and there are other items.  Just sayin'.  😇  I added some Glossy Accents to the wood stars then covered them with Diamond Dust.  Threw in a shabby seam binding bow and topped the bow off with a couple of silver jingle bells.

I like those tags that Pion adds to their collections.  Sometimes it's just that extra piece that you need.  I distressed all edges with cocoa Momento ink.  The white wooden snowflakes are fun but trying to thred the string to make the bows was a challenge.  LOL!  😆

I colored Cocoa Tilda with distress inks and then added some Stickles under her for some more sparkle.  A little tough to see but it's there.

That's all for me this week!  I hope you can get over to join the challenge with us.  There's always such a great prize and many of you are making tons of cards right now anyway right?  hee hee

Thanks for stopping by and have a great weekend!!  💖

Maja Vintage Christmas

Ok so OBVIOUSLY I can't get enough of these new Maja Papers "I Wish" collection because I'm back with more!!  This time I made two cards!  I always think after I'm finished making a card - "why didn't I make 2?"  Wouldn't thtat be just as easy?  Well yes, as long as you have all the same ingredients.  LOL!

Love this Old St. Nick image!

I distressed all edges and added cocoa ink as well for some awesome shabbiness!

I made a little flower bouquet of roses, a pine cone (a little hard to see in the pic), pomegranate apple and some red berries.  Also, under everything, I squeezed in the Scrapiniec Mon Merry Cheri wreath.

I'm sharing both pictures to show the Nicolette and Antoinette buttons.  They are so pretty in real life!  Darn things wouldn't stay on so I finally got out the glue gun.  FINALLY!  They aren't going anywhere now!  LOL!

I also thought I would share a quick and easy project I made using the white wooden snowflakes and gorgeous Lace Desiree from the shop.

I added some epson salt into the bottom and a battery operated mini candle.

Ok I"m not good at taking night photo's but you get the idea.  😀

Thanks for stopping by and taking a peek again!  Hopefully you get some crafty time this weekend!  I know I will!  YAY!!!  😁
